Annual General Meeting (AGM)

On 17 October 1861, the inaugural Royal London Annual General Meeting took place at 51 Moorgate Street in London.

Our founders placed a humble advertisement in The Times encouraging members to attend the event, and more than 160 years later, we're still welcoming our members to attend meetings to have a say in how the organisation is run.

As explained more fully in our Annual Report and Accounts 2023, we recently appointed KPMG as our new auditors for the 2024 year end onwards, replacing PwC. PwC has confirmed there are no matters connected with it ceasing to hold office as auditors that need to be brought to the attention of Royal London members. Read more here.
